As a first step in our service to you, we would like to provide you with a preliminary quote for your consideration.
This quote is non-binding and is intended to give you a sense of the scope and cost of the project before we proceed with the detailed design and estimating work.
The relative cost is a close approximation of what the project will actually cost given that there are no working drawings available to estimate from.
Factors such as wood species type, construction details, finish options, and installation idiosyncrasies may slightly affect the final price, and will be established during the designing/estimating process.

(NOTE: All projects are handled on a first come first serve basis according to the date in which the job is accepted by the client.)
THE NEXT STEPS:
1. If this preliminary quote is deemed acceptable by you, upon your request we will then proceed to design the project using either our precise 3-dimensional computerized rendering or detailed shop drawings along with an accurate price estimating of your project including all pertinent details.
2. We will then submit to you the renderings and estimate for your evaulation. If accepted, we will schedule the project and the design fee will be waived. If not accepted within 30 days, the design fee will be applied and due. Once the design fee is received, you retain the right to use the renderings as you please.
Upon your request we can provide you with a list of references.
